According to Tejarat News, the National Housing Movement Plan is one of the most important projects that the government has put on its agenda. One of the most important needs for the construction of these projects is the supply of land, and before this the government had announced that all agencies should provide their surplus land to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development. This plan was approved in the form of a production jump plan.

According to Correspondents’ Club, due to the fact that the agencies did not cooperate in this sector, in the month of Shahrivar, in the meeting of the Supreme Housing Council, the president announced that all the agencies should provide their surplus lands to the agencies, and in case of non-compliance, the documents of these lands will be registered. Real estate documents are in the name of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development. After this meeting, a number of institutions, including Jihad Agriculture and universities, have provided their lands to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.

Taghi Rezaei, the deputy of real estate and legal affairs of the National Land and Housing Organization, announced that the deed of half of the surplus land of government agencies was transferred to the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.

Rezaei said: Follow-ups are ongoing to register the document of 50% of the surplus land.

The legal deputy of the National Land and Housing Organization said: The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has identified more than 6,000 hectares of government land, so far, about 50 percent of them have been registered in the name of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.

According to Rezaei, the provinces of Ilam, Alborz and Isfahan respectively allocated the most land transfers to government agencies.

He added: In the next two months, the documents of all 6 thousand hectares that have been identified will be issued. According to this report, not long ago, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, Rostam Ghasemi, announced that a number of agencies have not yet allocated their lands, but some agencies have which have provided habitable land will be built in the form of a contract for the employees of these devices.

According to this report, one of the main needs of the government for the construction of the National Housing Movement projects is the provision of land, which has been provided for one and a half million residential units. Considering that 4 million residential units must be built in the next 3 years, therefore, the land for these units must be fully provided to speed up the construction process of the units.
