Production of 18 new portrait documentaries; From Iranian entrepreneur to Austrian architect


According to Fars News Agency, quoting the public relations of the Center for the Development of Documentary and Experimental Cinema, documentaries on the subject of sports personalities, contemporary scientific figures and top entrepreneurs have been produced at the Center for the Development of Documentary and will be ready to be shown soon.
“In the Season of Hard Laughter” directed by Mohammad Reza Arab is a portrait of the life of Dr. Morteza Farhadi and “Eternity” by Mahmoud Rahmani deals with the life and works of Ahmad Esfandiari, a pioneer of modern art and a modern Iranian painter.
The documentary “Kashif” directed by Reza Khoshdel Rad is the ups and downs of Mohammad Mirza Chaikar, known as Kashif al-Saltanah, one of the most influential and famous men of the end of the Qajar period and the beginning of the first Pahlavi period.
Maryam Farahmand is producing a documentary entitled “From Sunny to Sunny” to express the process of formation of artistic personality and knowledge of Iranian and Islamic themes in the works of the famous Iranian painter Mansour Qandriz.
