Hedayat said about the rental plan for residential units: Tehran Municipality plans to provide 15 thousand units from the 36,000 units that it implements as a partnership, in the form of a rental plan for first-timers and young couples. The tariff and the amount of rent received in these units will be lower compared to the region, and this work is also done in order to support these families.
Hedayat emphasized that the process of 180,000 residential units in the form of housing Jihad camp is on the agenda of Tehran municipality, adding: God willing, the gradual transfer of these units will be done from the beginning of next year.
