According to this circular, the interest rate for the period of civil participation and installment sales is five percent, and the bank adds the interest of the civil participation period to the principal of the facility and then distributes it.
Also, the total construction period and installment repayment period for natural persons and collectors are considered to be 240 months, and the length of the construction period is 24 months and the rest is calculated as the installment sales period.
