Promulgation of the minimum wage directive for the year 1402 + tables


According to the economic correspondent of Fars news agency, the minimum wage of workers in 1402 was determined in the 314th meeting of the Supreme Labor Council with the presence of social partners, representatives of workers, employers and the government at the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare on March 29, 1401. It was announced by the Minister of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare.

This resolution of the Supreme Labor Council for implementation in manufacturing companies and factories should be announced in the form of a circular by the Ministry of Labor.

The Supreme Labor Council with the presence of representatives of three groups (government, employers and workers) in the meeting dated 12/29/1401 after discussing and examining the determination of the minimum wage in 1402 in the implementation of Article (41) of the Labor Law, taking into account the interests of workers in Matching their income as much as possible with the level of livelihood and also according to the requirements of production enterprises and the economic conditions of the society; Maintaining the efficient and skilled workforce and regular wages in the workshops, the minimum wage circular of 1402 and its subsequent instructions were unanimously approved. The said circular was signed by the Minister of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare and its subsequent instructions The signature of the Director General of Labor Relations and Service Compensation of the Ministry of Cooperation, Labor and Social Welfare was announced for implementation.
