The author of the guide book on news coverage said: Despite the phenomenon of personal mass communication and the exit of activism from monopoly, many public relations and media still have a traditional knowledge and basic understanding of news and under the influence of this type of traditional knowledge of the audience and the media, they consider it passive. Audiences and neglecting their access and facilities, as well as not understanding the competitive work environment, cover only some subjects and are unable to hunt, identify and manage many pure subjects needed by people.

Nasrallahi also said: Journalists’ exaggeration in raising problems without providing solutions, in contrast to the preponderance of ceremonial and unrealistic matters and the one-sided production and publication of officials’ activities, is one of the chronic problems of the media and public relations. By telling the positive and negative facts and reflecting the demands of the people and the country’s problems along with their solutions, the media and public relations can give hope to the people, fulfill the strategy of explanation jihad, and take the country out of the enemy’s propaganda siege.

In another part of his speech, the head of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Communication and Media of the Islamic Azad University, Tehran Branch, emphasized Mazandaran’s huge and exclusive capacities in various economic, tourism, environmental and cultural fields: for the development of Mazandaran, to have Professional, responsible, knowledgeable and bold media is needed; Unfortunately, the huge capacity of the media has not been used to reflect the realities of the province and its progress and development.

He stated that the media of the province should follow up, demand and fulfill the priorities of the province by carefully understanding the needs, issues and problems of the province and by avoiding partiality and in progressive and synergistic measures, he emphasized: the problems of the province are linked with compilation.
