Providing one thousand billion credit to Maskan Bank to complete the Azadshahr-Shahroud freeway

Shayan added: Completion of Azadshahr-Shahroud freeway will reduce road accidents and shorten the distance, which will significantly reduce fuel consumption.

He described the interaction between the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and the members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, especially the Civil Commission, as a turning point in reducing road problems, as well as housing and shelter and explained: At the meeting we had, it was approved that this be done, and the Mehr housing problems will be solved with this order.
According to this report, the head of the Civil Commission in the Golestan governor’s meeting, which was attended by the governor, chairman and some members of the Civil Commission of the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Housing Bank, head of the Roads and Transportation Organization, representative of the Railway Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Golestan. Housing and construction pointed out and specified: the government is scheduled to build one million housing units every year and a total of about 4 million housing units in 4 years.
He said: “When the registration system was created, more than 5.4 million people applied for registration, which shows that at least this number of people today are homeless and have the conditions to become housewives.”
The head of the Civil Commission of the Majles pointed out: The first case in this regard is the issue of land supply, but in Golestan province this issue is being delayed, which can affect the demands of the people and their needs. Roads and Urban Development and the Central Bank were held to establish the necessary coordination to eliminate ambiguities, problems and obstacles between banks and the Roads and Urban Development Administration in the provinces.

Rezaei continued his remarks: The 150,000 billion toman credit that the members of parliament have given to the government to pay the banks in the form of Article 56 are the safest sources that can be counted on, and in this regard, Maskan Bank is one of the banks. Is able to pay well in construction projects and is always a good help in this regard.
In another part of the meeting, Dr. Zanganeh, the governor of Golestan, said: “The presence of specialized parliamentary commissions in the province creates extraordinary capacities, including the fact that the challenges and issues of the province are closely studied and seen by the members of the commissions.”
He added: “When they see and review these issues closely, we will have a special opportunity to take better steps with these loved ones in the annual budget bill.”

He stated: “Today we talked about seeing the construction budget related to the 1402 budget bill with the help of the commission and with the aristocracy who had visited all the cities of the province.”
Zanganeh said: “In this meeting, each of the issues discussed by the friends in line with road infrastructure projects and projects related to the mission of the commission, such as housing and housing foundation measures, pilot projects and rural roads, etc., and the implementation of tourism projects.” Such as cable cars, Ashuradeh ecotourism and tourism plan were also reviewed and evaluated
