In this letter, it is mentioned: With regard to the launch of the Russian ruble symbol in the market consisting of foreign exchange transactions at an agreed rate, in order to provide currency for working students studying in the universities of Russia and the Commonwealth of Nations (CIS), which is approved by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education, and their currency is the Russian ruble, while registering the information of the mentioned students in the service currency management system of Iran “Nakhoda” and informing them appropriately, in order to speed up the payment of foreign currency to the students, the list of students applying for the ruble currency Russia should be sent to the central bank for introduction to banks and exchanges.
