Putin: We will strengthen the nuclear trilateral network

According to the report of Fars International News Agency, Russian President Vladimir Putin emphasized Moscow’s attention to strengthening the country’s triple nuclear network.

In a message, Putin congratulated the veterans of the Great Patriotic War and the participants in the special military operations in the Donbass region and the volunteers on the front lines of the war on Defender of the Fatherland Day.

According to “Sputnik” news agency, he explained in this message: “Russians are bravely and heroically fighting neo-Nazism in Ukraine and defending the historical lands of Russia.”

The President of Russia stated that the government will strengthen Russia’s defense capability more than in the past and stated: “Moscow will continue to pay more attention to the strengthening of Russia’s nuclear triad.”

Pointing to the first appearance of Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile systems in the service of the Russian army this year, Putin added: “Russia plans to continue the production of Kinzhal hypersonic missiles and will begin the delivery of the Zirkan hypersonic missile system this year.”
