Qaradaghi: The movie theaters of the art field will reach 400 theaters by the end of next year

According to Fars news agency, the vice president for the development of management and resources of the art field during his trip to Yazd, he called attention to the category of cinema and the development of cinema infrastructure in the country as one of the missions of the art field of the Islamic Revolution.

Abdulhamid Qaradaghi added: Bahman Sabz Cultural Institute, which is in charge of the exploitation and development of cinema spaces in the field of art throughout the country, is trying to increase the number of cinema halls in a period of four years, which started seriously from 2019 to the end of 1402. to reach 400 halls across the country.

He clarified: All these theaters will be of high quality in terms of broadcast standards and reception of movie lovers, and during the implementation of the plans, attention to the improvement of the quality of the spaces is on the agenda of Bahman Sabz Institute.

Referring to the beginning of the construction work of the “Sky Cinema Campus” in the historical context of Yazd city, the vice president of development of management and resources of the country’s artistic field said: This cultural, artistic and cinema complex will be a good model in the country.

Qaradaghi pointed out the sensitivity that existed in terms of architecture and cultural issues in the construction of this complex and added: We hope that there will be no special problem in the construction process of this important cultural and artistic project and that we will witness its exploitation in less than two years.

Stating that this campus is not just a cinema hall, he added: this complex with various cultural and artistic spaces, including a gallery, sound and video recording studio, children’s play area, space for holding art workshops and a store of cultural products, can be a gathering place for artists of the province and a place for The growth and prosperity of artistic talents in the city of Yazd.

The vice president of the development of management and resources of the art field, emphasizing that the Bahman Sabz Cultural Institute and the cinema organization of the art field, in addition to paying attention to the development of cinemas, have the issue of family-oriented cinema on their agenda, saying: these spaces are culturally a space for the Iranian family. It will be lively and safe.

Aseman cinema campus will be built on a plot of land with an area of ​​2,100 square meters on four floors with an infrastructure of 7,500 square meters with the participation of Yazd Municipality and the investment of “Bahman Sabz” Cultural Institute of the art field within two years in the historical context of Yazd city.

This cultural, artistic and cinema complex has six cinema halls with a capacity of about 870 seats and an open-air amphitheater hall for 350 people, and the most modern facilities and cinema equipment and the most up-to-date technology and structure and performance standards will be used in its construction.
