Qazwah: Hassan Naheed’s cultural works and services will remain in the history of Iranian music

According to the music reporter of Fars news agency, Alireza Qazwah, head of poetry, music and hymn office, expressed his condolences on the death of Hassan Nahid.
The text of this message reads:
“The news of the death of Master Hassan Nahid, one of the enduring figures in the field of music and reed playing, caused a great impression and grief.
Undoubtedly, the unique role of this precious teacher in the field of culture, art and music of this lasting border and landscape and his noble works and valuable services will be recorded in the history of Iranian music.
I offer my condolences to the music community and his esteemed family on the death of master Hassan Nahid, and I pray for the Almighty God to grant him the highest honor and patience for the survivors.

Long live Hassan Naheed, one of the outstanding musicians and reed players, and one of the students of Hassan Kasaei (a prominent reed player), who in August of this year participated in the “Flute and Reed” ceremony commemorating the Karbala event with the presence of poets and reed players of the country and the efforts of the poetry office. And the music and anthem of the Broadcasting Organization was held and honored.

The funeral ceremony of this late professor, who died on Thursday evening, 27th of Bahman at the age of 79, will be held on Monday, March 1st at 9:30 in the morning from the front of Vahdat Hall towards Behesht Zahra (S) artists’ plot.
