Railing has been done for the future of the tourism industry

The Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts said, “In fairness, a lot of work has been done in the Deputy Minister of Tourism, so that instructions, permits and supervision have been organized and calm has been established in this area.
According to the Aria Heritage correspondent, a meeting to present the performance report of the Deputy Minister of Tourism was held in the presence of the Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, Deputy Minister of Management and Resources Development, Deputy Minister of Tourism and Tourism Deputy Managers this morning.
Dr. Ali Asghar Monsan in this meeting, while appreciating and thanking the Deputy Minister of Tourism, managers and employees of the Deputy Minister of Tourism for the measures taken for the last four years for the country’s tourism industry, said: “As all the directors of the Deputy Minister of Tourism said, the reorganization took place in this deputy, and being program-oriented was realized.”
The Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts stated: “During my management term, I tried to make the most of the power of the people inside the ministry and all the appointments should be based on merit. I am glad that all three deputy ministers of the ministry were selected from within the group. “I also tried to give the deputies maximum authority to select their collection managers so that they could carry out their activities and programs in a coherent manner.”
“This was the best model that was done, and its achievements will be seen in the not-too-distant future,” said Dr. Monson, referring to the restructuring of the Deputy Minister of Tourism. “During this period, we saw a variety of tourism products in terms of software and hardware.”
He continued: “During the last four years, the operation of eco-tourism resorts next to hotels was a good advantage for our country, and this capacity was used well. “The instructions issued by the Deputy Minister of Tourism to the provincial headquarters during this period were program-oriented.”
The Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, referring to the international actions taken, said: “Good actions were taken at the international level and we established good relations with the World Tourism Organization and Iran’s position in this organization increased and it is a great honor for us. “So when we attended various international summits, foreign delegations from different countries requested visits.”
“During the last four years, many projects have been launched, such as operating 225 hotels with different stars and adding to the country’s accommodation capacity,” he added. More than 2,000 ecotourism units were also opened, which is a significant number in these difficult economic times. “During this time, we tried to sustain tourism and promote this industry through the efforts of my colleagues in the Deputy Minister of Tourism and the provincial headquarters.”
27,000 health tourists traveled to the country in the first quarter of 1400
Vali Teymouri, the country’s deputy for tourism, continued the meeting: “In the past, emotional activities were carried out in the deputy for tourism and there were fewer roots. In this regard, we had a vacuum and things were not program-oriented. “Also, the General Directorate of Planning and Supervision of our Deputy for Tourism was an office.”
“Over the last four years, we have considered two main policies,” he added. In the international dimension, we removed the doubt of the trip to Iran and focused on the countries of the region, which led to an increase in the number of foreign tourists. “Our next domestic policy was to distribute travel across the country, and we chose it as the main policy and implemented two programs for it, one was to diversify products and the other was to organize events in the calendar.”
Teymouri added: “In the strategic document on tourism, we have issued 72 rulings for 24 devices. These rulings determine the relationship between the tourism device and the devices that play a role as a sub-sector in this industry. “During this time, we were able to put the two parts of software and hardware together.”
“In the first quarter of this year, 27,000 people traveled to our country in the form of health tourism in compliance with health protocols,” said the country’s deputy for tourism.
He continued: “We prepared the marketing strategy in cooperation with Tarbiat Modares University, and in 35 main indicators, we collected information and identified the target markets. “We also standardized advertising at international exhibitions on content production, and the information was updated, and we prepared a framework and methodology for cultural and historical tourism, health, rural, agriculture, and thematic content.”
Preparation of the Charter of Tourist Rights

Selection of the Ministry of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts as the top device in e-government
Mohammad Khayatian, Deputy Minister of Management and Resources Development, continued: “With the actions taken by friends in the field of Deputy Minister of Tourism, we had one of the calmest deputy ministers in terms of human resources in the Deputy Minister of Tourism. “Honestly, during the time that our colleagues managed this collection, we did not have any particular issue in the field of human resources, and this was one of the good features of this section that was observed.”
He added: “In financial discussions, we had the healthiest area of the ministry and we have not heard anything in this regard and to date we have not had any problems in this area that indicate the health of this area. “In relation to the National Inspection Agency, this organization also had the least questions from the Deputy Minister of Tourism.”
“Our friends at the National Inspection Agency focused more on the reports that my colleagues had issued in the form of circulars and instructions,” Khayatian said. “All of this prevented possible violations.”
“As much as we could, we were with friends in the Deputy Minister of Tourism to create different systems, and this was one of the actions in the field of our information technology,” said the Deputy Minister of Management and Resources Development.
He added: “Last week, we evaluated e-government in 1399, with a view to the field of information technology of the Ministry of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts, we were selected and introduced as the top device in e-government. “The activities that have taken place in the Ministry of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts have led us to be selected as the top agency.”

Regional markets were a priority for the development of foreign tourism
“I have been working in this industry for more than two decades,” said Leila Ajdari, director general of the Office of Marketing and Tourism Development. In the past, in the field of foreign tourism development and marketing, the work that was done was unplanned. “The focus was more on attracting European tourists.”
“Fortunately, in the last four years, we have moved towards a roadmap for tourism development, and for the first time, we have scientifically defined and worked on target markets with the priority of regional markets, and we have achieved good results in this regard,” he added. “Our advertising also went to these markets.”
Ajdari stated: در “In the digital arena, we also moved towards content production. “One of our wishes was for the tourism industry to have a good website, so we launched a visit to Iran, which is progressing well, but it also has its shortcomings.”
“Good things have happened in the introductory tours,” said the director general of the Office of Marketing and Tourism Development. “One of the familiarization tours with Russia was that we also had a visa waiver.”
He announced the Dubai Expo and specified: “This expo will be held on October 30 this year and the 69 square meter hall is dedicated to Iranian tourism and the provinces are supposed to produce content so that we can perform the program live and in a show.”

Synergy between the Ministry of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Mohammad Ghasemi, director general of the Office of Marketing and Tourism Advertising, continued: “Over the past four years, several terms such as visa waiver, visa free, Iran visit, health tourism, eco-lodges and… have entered the tourism industry literature and become current.”
“During this period, synergy has been established between various agencies, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, so that an office called the Office for the Facilitation of Incoming Tourists has been established in this ministry,” he added.
“Among the salient features of this period are communication with international circles, enrichment for visa waivers, and the holding of international exhibitions,” Ghasemi added.
Establishment of think tanks in all provinces of the country
“In the past, educational resources were not up-to-date and in the past we had seven training courses, but now we have 54 specialized training courses,” said Zahed Shafiei, director general of the Office of Tourism Studies, Education and Planning, referring to the establishment of a comprehensive education system in the tourism sector.
“Education at the ministry level has improved, and we have trained 100,000 people in the last three years,” he added. “We also reviewed and prepared the evaluation indicators.”
“We drafted the brand strategy document and the tourism think tank was formed in all the provinces, so that today we use the capacity of one thousand elites,” Shafiee said.
Launch a tour registration system to prevent unauthorized tours
“Good measures have been taken over the past years,” said Ismail Barat, deputy director of the General Directorate for Monitoring and Evaluation of Tourism Services. “Last year, we amended the regulations for travel services offices and sent them to the cabinet for approval.”
He added: “In this section, we did a thorough work and specialized and prepared our offices and the instructions of the guest house. “The tour registration system was also set up and unauthorized tours were stopped.”
“The health tourism system has been launched and implemented as a pilot, and we have also given access to the Ministries of Health and Foreign Affairs in this system,” Barat explained.
