Rain and snow in the west of the country


According to Moj News Agency, Sadegh Ziaeian Sobh said: “From late today (December 6), a rain system will enter the country from the northwest and cause rain and snow, temporary strong winds and a relative decrease in temperature in parts of the provinces of West Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan.” East Kurdistan and Kermanshah.

He further said: this system on Thursday (December 7) in addition to the mentioned areas, Ardabil provinces, Zanjan, Qazvin, Hamedan, Alborz and the heights of Tehran province will also be involved.

The head of the National Center for Weather Prediction and Crisis Management added: On Friday (December 10), the system will end with scattered rain in the provinces of Mazandaran, Golestan and North Khorasan.

He further said: From Wednesday afternoon (December 6) and Thursday (December 7) in the northwest, west and southwest will be relatively strong winds and in prone areas there is a possibility of dust.

According to Ziaeian, calm weather is forecast in most parts of the country on Saturday (December 11th), and we will have rain from late Saturday (December 11th) and Sunday (December 12th) due to the influence of northern currents in the Caspian coastal provinces.

He added: On Wednesday (December 6) and Thursday (December 7), the phenomenon of hot winds and rising temperatures will occur in the Caspian coastal provinces.

The head of the National Center for Prediction and Crisis Management of Weather Risks stated about the weather in Tehran over the next two days: The sky of Tehran tomorrow (December 7) is partly cloudy with local dust with a minimum temperature of 5 and a maximum temperature of 15 degrees Celsius and clear on Friday (December 10). And with the wind with a minimum temperature of 6 and a maximum temperature of 15 degrees Celsius is forecast.

In the end, Ziaeian said: “Today and tomorrow (December 7 and 8), Bandar Abbas with a temperature of 29 and 28 degrees Celsius is the hottest and Zanjan with a temperature of 11 and 8 degrees Celsius are the coldest provincial centers of the country.”
