Rain and sometimes thunderstorms in some provinces today
According to Moj News Agency, Sadegh Ziaeian, head of the National Center for Crisis Forecasting and Management, announced the risk of rain and sometimes thunderstorms, as well as strong winds and dust in some provinces today (April 1) and said: “Today (April 1) In the western part of the country, the southern slopes of the Alborz in Qazvin and Alborz, the coastal provinces of the Caspian Sea and in the west of Isfahan and north of Fars, occasional rain, thunderstorms and strong winds and in cold regions and highlands snowfall is forecast.
He said that on Tuesday (April 2) rain will continue in these areas, he said: scattered rain will occur in the center, east and northeast. In the east of Lorestan, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari and the heights of Central Alborz, rain will be heavy. In the afternoon, in some areas of the west and southern slopes of Alborz, there is a possibility of hail and a relative decrease in temperature is expected in the western part of the country.
The head of the National Center for Weather Prediction and Crisis Management added: On Wednesday (April 23), scattered rain will fall on the northern coasts of North Khorasan and North Khorasan Razavi, and rain and snow will fall in West Azerbaijan, East Azerbaijan, North Kurdistan and Zanjan. On Thursday (April 4) in the northwest, the southern slopes of Alborz in Qazvin, Alborz and Tehran, west of the northern coast and in the heights of the Central Zagros, rain and wind will occur.
He further said: Friday (April 5) in the provinces of West Azerbaijan, East Azerbaijan, Ardabil, West Kurdistan and Kermanshah, Zanjan, rain and snow, and late in the north coast scattered rain and Saturday (April 6) rain. Will continue in these areas.
The head of the National Center for Weather Prediction and Crisis Management stated that strong winds and dust storms are expected in the west, southwest of the country on Thursday and Friday. Strong winds are forecast in some hours and in dust prone areas.
According to Ziaeian, the Caspian Sea is rough today and tomorrow.

And Wednesday (April 3) cloudy and windy, sometimes rain showers with the possibility of lightning and in the afternoon the clouds will decrease with a minimum temperature of 9 and a maximum temperature of 17 degrees Celsius.
In the end, Ziaeian said: Today and tomorrow (April 1 and 2), Bandar Abbas with the temperature of 31 and 28 degrees Celsius and Ardabil with the temperature of -8 and -5 degrees Celsius are the coldest provincial centers of the country.
