An orange warning has been issued.
Also, snowfall and strong winds, blizzards and avalanches along with a noticeable drop in temperature, fog pollution are predicted in most of the mountainous regions of the country.
The rains will intensify in the mentioned areas from noon this Thursday, especially in the central Zagros and southern parts of the country such as the Hormozgan highlands, the southern highlands of Kerman and the southern highlands of Sistan and Baluchistan.
Due to the widespread cloudiness and fog pollution in the mountainous regions of the country, there is a decrease in horizontal and vertical visibility and the possibility of deviating from the route. Also, strong winds, blizzards and intensifying gusts are predicted.
All activities related to the mountains, including climbing, canyoning, skiing, etc., are risky and dangerous due to the destructive weather conditions.
