According to Moj news agency, Sadegh Ziyaian, head of the National Center for Forecasting and Crisis Management of Weather Risks, said about the country’s weather conditions: based on the analysis of the latest meteorological forecast maps, this Sunday in some areas of Gilan, Mazandaran, Ardabil, North East Azerbaijan and the heights and slopes of Central Alborz In the northeast of Tehran and northwest of Semnan, showers and thunderstorms occur in some hours.
He continued: Today, in the heights of South Zagros, located in the south and east of Kerman, north of Hormozgan and southeast of Fars, an increase in clouds, scattered showers, sometimes thunder and temporary strong winds are expected.
According to the head of the National Center for Forecasting and Crisis Management of Weather Conditions on Monday (21st of Shahrivar), there will be scattered rain in central Alborz highlands in Gilan, Mazandaran, Tehran and Semnan provinces, and during the afternoon hours in the highlands and south of Kerman and Hormozgan highlands, there will be an increase in clouds and scattered showers at times. Thunderstorms and temporary strong winds are expected.
He continued: On Tuesday (22nd of Shahrivar), calm weather will prevail in most regions of the country.
According to Ziyaian, from late Wednesday (23 September), scattered rain will occur in some parts of North West Azarbaijan and North East Azarbaijan, Ardabil and west of the Caspian coast.
He continued: On Thursday (September 24), rain is expected in Gilan, Mazandaran, Ardabil, Golestan and North East Azerbaijan.
According to the head of the National Center for Forecasting and Crisis Management of Weather Risks, on Monday and Tuesday in Ardabil and the coastal provinces of the Caspian Sea, the relative trend of temperature increase prevails.
Ziyaian continued: Today, strong winds are expected in some hours in the east, northeast, parts of the center and the provinces located in the southern slopes of Central Alborz, and in some areas, especially in the Zabul region, dust storms are expected. The wind increases, which can cause the rise of dust, especially in the border strip of these two provinces.
He pointed out that the wind speed will increase on Monday in some hours in the eastern part of the country, especially in the Zabul region and the border area of Khuzestan and Ilam, on Wednesday in parts of the west and northwest of the country, and on Thursday in parts of the northeast and southwest of the country. Susceptible areas, rise and penetration of dust are not far from expected.
According to Ziyayan, the Caspian Sea is rough today.
The head of the National Center for Forecasting and Crisis Management of Weather Risks stated about the weather situation in Tehran in the next two days: the sky in Tehran tomorrow (21 September) will be clear to slightly cloudy and windy in some hours with a minimum temperature of 20 degrees Celsius and a maximum temperature of 31 degrees Celsius and during Tuesday (22 Shahrivar) clear and windy in some hours with a minimum temperature of 21 and a maximum temperature of 33 degrees Celsius.
In the end, Ziyaian said: Today and tomorrow (20th and 21st of September), Ahvaz is the hottest with 44 and 45 degrees Celsius, and Ardabil and Shahrekord are the coldest centers of the country with temperatures of 8 and 9 degrees Celsius.
