Ziaeian continued about the rainfall situation: From Tuesday to Thursday (February 16 to 17), the passage of waves through the northern strip of the country will cause intermittent snowfall in the Alborz highlands. Scattered rain and snow are forecast in the north of East Azerbaijan, Ardabil, Gilan and Mazandaran on Tuesday (February 17th). Wednesday (February 17) in Ardabil, Gilan, Mazandaran and West Golestan rain and snow and in East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, southern slopes of Alborz including Zanjan, Qazvin, Alborz and Tehran provinces as well as in Hamedan, Markazi and Qom provinces. Referring to the stable weather situation since the end of the week, Ziaeian said: “On Friday (February 19), a stable and calm weather will prevail throughout the country, and on Saturday (February 19) the concentration of air pollutants will increase and the air quality will decrease for industrial and densely populated cities of Isfahan.” , Arak, Tehran, Karaj and Tabriz are forecast.

Explaining the weather situation in Tehran over the next two days, the head of the National Center for Prediction and Crisis Management of Weather Risks said: The sky in Tehran tomorrow (February 17) will be slightly cloudy until the end of partly cloudy with wind with minimum temperature of -3 and maximum temperature of 11 degrees.
