Rainfall less than normal in most parts of the country during the fall of 1400

According to Moj News Agency, “Sahar Tajbakhsh” in a letter to the Deputy Planning of the Ministry of Jihad Agriculture announced the forecast of rainfall this fall.
A part of this letter states: Rainfall In autumn, in most parts of the country except the Caspian Sea coast, less than normal (long-term statistical average) is forecast that the share of October and November in this low rainfall is higher. From the second half of December 1400, precipitation conditions in the country have stabilized somewhat and precipitation is expected to return to normal in most parts of the country.
The provinces of Isfahan, Yazd, South Khorasan, Khorasan Razavi, Sistan and Baluchestan, Fars, Hormozgan, Kerman, Kermanshah, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Lorestan, Khuzestan and Ilam have more severe conditions than other provinces.
The predictions given do not include floods, and floods do not necessarily deny that the total amount of rainfall is below normal. Predicting heavy rains and floods at intervals of up to a few days before occurrence is significant and their presentation has no place in seasonal and monthly forecasts.
