According to Tejarat News, the Vice President of Business Development of OTC Iran Company announced the following: Following the letter No. 1906/3/65 dated 3/7/1400 of Maskan Bank, the following items regarding the increase of the ceiling of housing facilities granted from the place of priority right certificates The use of housing facilities of the Housing Bank in the OTC market of Iran is as follows:

in Tehran city: Individual loan 200 million Tomans, individual forgery 80 million Tomans, couples 400 million Tomans and couples forgery 80 million Tomans.

In the centers of provinces and cities with a population of over 200,000: Individual loan 160 million Tomans, individual forgery 80 million Tomans, couples 320 million Tomans and couples forgery 80 million Tomans.

In other urban areas: Individual loan 120 million Tomans, individual forgery 80 million Tomans, couples 240 million Tomans and couples forgery 80 million Tomans (Tasnim).

What are Housing Priority Certificates?

Housing priority certificates were previously traded in the branches of the Housing Bank under an uncoordinated market, which after accepting these bonds in the OTC market, in practice, the transaction of these bonds took a formal and regulated form.

Housing priority certificates are one of the incentives that the Housing Bank gives to its depositors to increase the attractiveness of depositing in this bank.

These securities have higher liquidity and transaction transparency than in previous periods.

How to buy housing priority certificates

How to buy is that first a copy of the buyer’s identity card and national card is required to get the stock exchange code as soon as possible.

Then it is done after getting the paper purchase code. After delivering the bonds, you go to the nearest housing bank where you are buying and file a case; Banking steps are the responsibility of the buyer of securities (Level).
