According to Tejarat News, Mehdi Omidred said on November 1st at the opening ceremony of the first three-day workshop “Contract Writing and Tax Challenges” which was organized by Jihad University of North Khorasan and the Real Estate Consultants Union of Bojnord city for the members of this union. Grading of real estate companies in the country should be done.
He added: The Supreme Council of Housing has set special conditions for real estate consultants, one of which is the rating of the activists of this trade, and it will be implemented in the whole country and will also happen in Bojnord and North Khorasan.
He continued: With the grading of real estate consultants, the rate of providing their services will be different and they will have different degrees based on efficiency, training, etc.
He stressed the need to pay attention to training courses and said: Many union activists are working in this field, but many of them are not fully aware of their rights and sometimes they suffer losses by using wrong advice.
Omarid emphasized: For example, some activists of this guild, when they are going to express their tax declaration, leave it to people outside the group or get help from people who don’t have enough information, and in the end, it causes a lot of damage.
He stated: Paying attention to training courses in the topics of social security, finance, government punishments, insurance and contract writing are among the issues that should be considered by all the activists of this trade and we should be concerned about updating our knowledge.
The head of the Chamber of Guilds of the North Khorasan Center also pointed out the violations and added: According to the decision of the heads of the three powers, the crimes of government punishments have increased 10 times. That is, if a two million tomans violation occurs, a fine of 20 million tomans will be issued, which cannot be forgiven, so full transparency should be considered in the contracts.
He pointed out: In the new declarations, the accounts of family members, cards to cards, POS devices, etc. are also checked, so taxpayers should pay attention to these points and consider complete transparency.
A member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Trades of Iran stated: The Union of Real Estate Consultants is among the unions that have the most financial transactions in the whole country, so the importance of transparency in this area is very high and compliance with the law is emphasized.
