– Single men under the condition of being at least 45 years old
– Scientific elites with the introduction of the National Elite Foundation of the country
-Physically and physically disabled with at least twenty (20) years of age and with the introduction of the country’s welfare organization.
– Special patients according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education
– Unmarried men between the ages of 23 and 45, on the condition of providing a notarized commitment regarding the presentation of an official marriage certificate at the time of handing over the unit.
