According to the Mehr news agency, Al-Jazeera news network quoted an Iranian official as saying: “More than 90% of the nuclear issues have been agreed verbally, but this has not led to a written agreement.”

Al-Jazeera quoted the Iranian official, who did not give his name, as saying: “Executive guarantees are one of the most important differences with Washington in the nuclear negotiations.”

According to Al-Jazeera, the Iranian official continued in an interview with this network: 6 issues are the main points of contention with the United States in the nuclear negotiations.

The Iranian official also said that reaching an agreement in the Vienna talks is due to the seriousness and goodwill of the United States.
