Receiving and renewing Kausar insurance certificates


According to the financial news report, IMQ Italy after reviewing the status and performance of Kausar Insurance, ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System Standards Certificate, ISO10002:2018 Customer Complaint Handling System, ISO10004:2018 Customer Satisfaction Management System, ISO10015 Competency Management and Employee Development System 2019: and issued the ISO31000:2018 risk management system without any inconsistency with the requirements.
Zahra Jafari considered the satisfaction of stakeholders and continuous improvement as the achievement of the implementation of the mentioned requirements in Kausar Insurance and said: The establishment of international standards can be provided by informing senior managers of the strengths and weaknesses of the system.
