Redmi K70E was introduced; Specifications + price

The sub-brand of Xiaomi, along with Redmi K70 and K70 Pro, also unveiled another mobile phone called K70E at its ceremony today. This device is physically very similar to the other two phones, but its body is made of plastic. In the following, we will get to know the specifications of this phone.

Redmi K70E specifications

Redmi K70E uses a 6.67-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The maximum brightness of this screen reaches 1800 nits and has 10 dimming levels. The touch sampling rate in this display is 2160 Hz.

The beating heart of this phone is the Dimension 8300 chip, which is accompanied by 16 GB of LPDDR5x RAM. The Redmi K70E can also have up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. This phone comes with HyperOS operating system by default, which will apparently be based on Android 14.

On the back of the Redmi K70E is a triple camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel OV64B main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. On the front, there is a 16-megapixel camera for selfies.

Redmi K70E gets its energy from a 5500mAh battery that supports 90W fast charging. This phone also uses Xiaomi’s special algorithm called Sea Star, which can maintain more than 90% battery capacity even after 1000 charging cycles.

Despite these remarkable specifications, the thickness of this device is only 8.05 mm and its weight is 198 grams. The Redmi K70E also has dual stereo speakers, NFC and an infrared transmitter that can be used for remote control.

This phone comes in three versions: black, white and green. Its base price is $282 for the 12GB + 256GB model, $310 for the 12GB + 512GB model, and $366 for the 16GB + 1TB model.
