Regarding the reason for this, Mansour Ghaibi, a housing expert, said in an interview with Tejarat News: This increase in demand does not mean an increase in consumer demand and is considered speculative. He added: This issue actually shows the weakness of the investment system as well as the weakness of the financial direction of the capital at the disposal of the people of the society. It also shows that there is no infrastructure and correct economic plan for cash capital in the hands of the people and they themselves decide to choose the investment field.
This capital market expert said: This issue can be seen in all economic dimensions, especially the housing market, and is considered one of the reasons for the price increase.
Ghaibi also said: Now, in most other cases, the consumer does not buy directly, and the brokers are forced to pay for his account. Meanwhile, dealers know when to enter the market, when to renovate units, and when to sell.
