Applicants to participate in the National Housing Movement Plan must have form “C”, have a history of residence, have no housing, and be married at the time of delivery of the residential unit, and according to these conditions, up to this moment, 1.4 million applicants have applied for the National Movement Plan. Housing unit conditions were identified.

Currently, bank accounts have been opened for 800,000 applicants for the conditions unit of the National Housing Movement, but until now only 170,000 subscribers have a facility payment contract. Also, in the self-ownership sector, 400,000 applicants for the conditions unit have been introduced to the bank, but 100,000 contract applicants. They have to pay the facility with the bank.

According to Fars report, according to the statistics provided out of 1,200,000 applicants in the self-ownership sector and other sectors, only 270,000 subscribers have a facility contract, which is equivalent to 23%, and 76% of the qualified applicants introduced to the bank have a payment contract. They do not have facilities from the banking system.
