Registration of singles over 25 years old for housing

According to Tejarat News, From the beginning of the launch of the National Housing Registration, the participation of single men was discussed, and now it remains to be seen what changes the investigations of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development have made in this regard.
As Radio and Television News Agency Mahmoud Mahmoudzadeh wrote about the government’s plan for the participation of single youth in the National Housing Movement, adding: “The decision of the Supreme Housing Council to include single people in the National Housing Movement for months was evaluated and finally approved by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development.”
He added: “Due to the legal sensitivity that existed on the issue of how singles participate, this plan was used by legal experts and after examining all legal aspects, it is now in the final approval stage of the Minister of Roads, Urban Development and Execution.”
The Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development continued: “According to this decree, all single men who have completed 25 years can register to become housewives in the National Housing Movement plan, but must be married at the time of handing over their housing unit.”
According to Mahmoudzadeh, the registration of singles will also begin in any province where land has been provided.
He added: “Currently, the registration of the National Housing Movement is underway and will continue until January 6. This time will not be extended, and then the registration of singles in the National Housing Movement will begin with the announcement of a new time.”
It is worth mentioning that the registration is done through the “Saman” system at the address saman.mrud.ir; Applicants will start registering in the Saman system from October 18 and have until December 6 to register in this system.
Earlier, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, Rostam Ghasemi, announced on November 9th of this year that single people over the age of 18 can register in the Saman system from today (November 7th), which has increased the minimum age of single people from 18 to 25.
