According to Tejarat News, based on the wall requirements and housing prices in some neighborhoods of Tehran and Karaj, to compare the average monthly rent in Tehran and Karaj, a list of average apartment rent in some neighborhoods of Karaj and Tehran has been obtained. The neighborhoods of these two cities are listed in the table below in proportion to the rental price in the table.

Fallah has an average rent of 6.9 million Tomans and Nawab has an average rent of 7.8 million Tomans. Jay and Bryank are neighborhoods that have been registered with an average price of eight million tomans.
