Rental rate change in Isfahan / 70% increase in rent in Isfahan city property


According to Tejarat News, based on wall and housing rental ads in Isfahan, a list of the average rental prices of apartments in some neighborhoods of Isfahan in the past year (December 1400-99) has been obtained.

According to the table below, Malek Shahr, with a 75% increase in apartment rental rates in the past year, has had the highest increase in rental rates among the following neighborhoods.

Also, Barazandeh neighborhoods with an increase of 65% and Isfahan House with an increase of 63% are other neighborhoods that recorded a high rent growth.

The largest growth in rental housing

The average rent of a house in Barazandeh neighborhood was 2.9 million Tomans in Azar 99, which reached an average rent of 4.8 million Tomans in Azar 1400.

Shahinshahr, with an average rent of 4.4 million Tomans in December 1400, has recorded a growth of 61%.

Talar and Jaber Ansari are among the neighborhoods that have seen a 50 percent increase in rent rates in the past year.
