Repeating hostile positions of “Robert Mali” against Iran/again supporting riots – Mehr News Agency | Iran and world’s news

According to Mehr News Agency, quoted by Tass, Robert Mali, the US special representative for Iran affairs, by repeating baseless claims about sending weapons from Iran to Russia, once again fueled the recent unrest in Iran and claimed that these issues are the focus of America. It has deviated from the nuclear agreement with Tehran!

In an interview with Bloomberg, he once again threw the ball in Iran’s court and claimed: Iran is not willing to agree and we are focused on other issues. Right now, we can make a difference by working to stop and disrupt the arms supply to Russia, as well as support the fundamental demands of the Iranian people.

Mali and Washington’s claim about sending weapons to Russia for use in the Ukraine war has been raised, while Tehran and Moscow have always strongly denied such a claim.

Continuing the baseless claims of America, Mali added, “while America doubts Tehran’s desire to revive the nuclear agreement, the dialogue between the European Union and Iran has continued and the negotiations have not been officially suspended.”

Joe Biden, the current president of the United States, has always claimed that he supports re-entering the nuclear agreement with Iran. Since April last year, the United States, along with Russia, England, China, Germany and France, started negotiations in Vienna with the focus on revitalizing the JCPOA and lifting sanctions with Tehran.

However, the passage of a resolution against Iran alleging the presence of uranium particles at three undeclared nuclear sites and demanding an explanation from Tehran about this claim prompted Iran in November to review its JCPOA commitments. The draft of this resolution was prepared by the United States and three European countries (England, France and Germany). Iran, which saw this resolution as a tool to exert political pressure on itself, resumed 60% uranium enrichment at the Fordow site.
