Emphasizing the necessity of serious and non-stop follow-up of people’s issues and demands, Raeesi warned against the normalization of listening to people’s problems for the staff of the Presidential People’s Communication Center and added: “If in the course of their investigations, a person who violates the law, lacks work and corruption.” When you arrive, be sure to report the matter to the relevant regulatory authorities regardless of the administrative position of the person and the group of offenders.
Raisi considered the Public Communication Center as one of the most important and direct channels of communication between the government and the people and said: In addition to personally studying and following up the reports sent by this center, these reports are one of the main sources for evaluating the performance of government institutions and managers.
Before the speech of President Hojjatul-Islam Wal-Muslimeen Ahmad Salehi, the head of the People’s Communication Center, said: since the beginning of December this year, in addition to dealing with people’s requests and references, 17 members of the People’s Government Cabinet have attended the center and issued follow-up orders for about 170 issues.
Hojjat-ul-Islam Salehi also announced the holding of more than 645,000 direct and face-to-face meetings between officials of government agencies across the country with the people during the period of the people’s government.
