He said: Until now, insured persons and institutions used to call the 1666 system and present their cases, which were initially examined by the first level experts on a national basis.

The General Director of Health Insurance of Tehran Province added: If the question was related to a specific province, it would be contacted to that province. In Tehran Province, about 9 experts from different fields answered the questions, although Tehran Province received the most calls from the insured and has institutions.

He stated: After comprehensive investigations and in order to provide more accurate and scientific responses, it was decided to record and record the answers and eliminate the waste of human resources. Therefore, in this regard, the questions with related answers were provided to the first level experts; Also, the specific questions are transmitted to the relevant experts in writing along with the sound through Kartabul.
