Revealing the first image of Asus ROG Zephyrus M16 2023 laptop

Asus For the 11th generation of Intel processors, Intel developed a gaming chassis for its laptops, and now the new ROG Zephyrus M16 and M15 laptops with the same size and larger screen are going to be released. This chassis is actually slightly smaller and lighter than the 15.6-inch model. More importantly, it seems that the new laptops will now be equipped with a QHD panel with a resolution of 1600 x 2560 and an aspect ratio of 16:10.

The screen of Asus M16 model is so big that the ratio of the screen to the body is 94% and it uses an IPS panel with a refresh rate of 165 Hz. The new chassis and screen were considered the biggest strengths of this laptop and the main reason for its major sales.

One of the issues mentioned by people who have reviewed these laptops is the direct transfer of heat from the device to the screen, and this is apparently due to the thinness of the bottom frame. However, judging by the leaked image of the new M16 2023 model, it seems that this problem has not been solved yet.

Another problem in this regard was the poor quality of the webcam in this series, and compared to the older chassis, the M16 actually received a camera module that was not present in the previous models of Asus’ ROG Zephyrus M series. The 2022 model was also released with Windows Hello support, but it seems that the new 2023 model will be released with a newer camera module.

In the published image, the design of the 2022 model with the Intel Alder Lake processor can be compared with the new 2023 version. The only visible change is the new webcam module, and in this regard, it is obvious that the layout of the keyboard is not the same due to the difference in geographical location.

Asus will most likely launch its new Zephyrus M16 2023 laptop at CES next year, and just like all ROG Zephyrus M series products, the new model will probably use Intel CPUs. In this regard, it is also said that this laptop will be released with support for the new RTX 40 GPUs.
