The letter reads: “While communicating these protocols to the national and provincial affiliated units, the proper implementation and supervision of this protocol is related to your Excellency and the affiliated units. The above centers are allowed to operate in all coloring conditions in accordance with the protocols, and in case of changes in the approvals of the National Headquarters, they are obliged to carry out the approvals at any time.

This ministry and its affiliated academic and county affiliated units, in accordance with the approvals of the National Corona Disease Management Headquarters, are supervisors and are obliged to continuously monitor and, if any violations and discrepancies are observed, take the necessary legal action. It is also expected that the organization will report on the ongoing monitoring reports by that organization and its affiliated units and universities of medical sciences and health services throughout the country.

This method, which was prepared and compiled in November 1400, states that its scope of application is hotels, motels, inns, inns, tourist accommodation centers and ecotourism. Also, these centers are allowed to operate according to the smart plan approved by the National Headquarters, provided that the staff is vaccinated or tested negative by PCR with a maximum validity of 72 hours. Also, the jobs of this group must have a vaccination card or a negative test in order to continue their activities, and the validity of the vaccine card must be done by the supervisors.

Another way to reduce exposure and cut the transmission chain is to observe social distance, which has also been mentioned in this regard, including preventing the entry of people without masks or observing a two-meter distance between customers, employees and guests. Using 80% of the car’s passenger capacity to move employees if the shuttle service is active, reducing staff face-to-face encounters with customers or guests, observing at least four square meters per guest, using 50% of elevator capacity, screening employees, taking care of Vulnerable groups have been mentioned in other cases.

Also, in the section on food hygiene, it is stated that the supply of food in the form of self-service is prohibited only in coronary red conditions on the spot. Distribution of any beverage should be in single packages with straw covered. All equipment used in cooking and processing should be continuously disinfected.

In the field of building hygiene, it is also stated that gathering places in residential centers should be disinfected. Also use non-contact sensor buttons in elevators. Drinkers and water coolers should also be temporarily removed. Use natural ventilation in accommodation centers and it is recommended that devices equipped with proper filters be installed in rooms without windows, as it is not possible to open the windows in autumn and summer.

The protocol states that if the above-mentioned cases are not observed, these accommodation centers will not be allowed to operate and the responsibility of supervising and controlling them will be with the organization issuing the license of that accommodation unit. “In other parts of this protocol, proper training methods for following the protocols, proper hand washing methods are also mentioned.”
