Reza Ameri became the director general of Iranians Abroad

According to the IRNA Foreign Policy Department, our Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, appointed Reza Ameri as the Director General of the Supreme Council of Iranians Abroad.

Ameri has held various responsibilities, including the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Sudan and Algeria.

He has also been the Director General for the Middle East at the State Department.
