Rural housing renovation and construction loans increased – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, Mehrdad Bazarpash, wrote on his personal page: On Wednesday, November 3, 1402, the government approved an increase in the loan for the renovation and construction of rural housing from 200 million tomans to 350 million tomans.

This will be good news for the further development of housing construction in the country’s villages. The interest rate of this facility is 5%.

The national housing movement plan proposed by the government is supposed to build 4 million housing units in the country within four years, some of these housings will be in the form of rural housing and some in urban housing, as well as some housing on new land and some as renovation of existing structures. Dilapidated and retrofitted housing is built in urban and rural areas.

According to most experts, if the housing construction sector prospers, according to its previous and subsequent connections, at least 200 other industries will prosper and can become a locomotive for economic growth.

The most important cost of housing is land, and the government has plans to reduce the cost of land in housing production, including 99-year lease land.
