The Russian diplomat said Moscow’s relations with Paris were going through difficult times. France continues to send weapons to Ukraine, and this is unfortunate.
He noted that EU sanctions had also “severely damaged” relations between Moscow and Paris. Trade turnover has plummeted and French companies are being forced to leave Russia.
