Russia’s letter to Guterres / UN to prevent Ukraine’s moves with the dirty bomb

The text of Vasili Nebenzia’s letter, seen by TASS news agency, states: We ask the Secretary General of the United Nations to do everything in his power to prevent this heinous crime.
In this letter, it is also emphasized that “Russia has never intended and does not intend to use nuclear weapons in Ukraine.”
Nebenzia said: We will consider the use of “dirty bomb” by the Kiev regime as an act of nuclear terrorism.
This document states that provocation of Kiev using “dirty bomb” can be done with the support of Western countries.
Nebenzia added: Our Ministry of Defense has also received information that this provocative action can be done with the support of Western countries.
