Russia’s precondition for continuing exports from the Black Sea port

According to the report of the International Economic Group of Fars News Agency, citing Rashatudi, the Agricultural Bank of Russia will be connected to SWIFT again, so that the export of agricultural products through the Black Sea port will continue.

The Russian Agricultural Bank “Russell Khuzbank” is supposed to be re-connected to SWIFT and agricultural products, especially grains of this country, will be exported to other countries, the Turkish president continues to play his mediation role in this direction.

Turkey’s foreign minister announced: Connecting this bank to SWIFT is one of Russia’s conditions for allowing exports to Ukrainian agricultural products and extending the deadline for the “export from the Black Sea port” contract.

He explained that the reason why Russia announced the export time of 60 days from this port was because of the problems and obstacles that existed for the export of Russian agricultural products.

According to reports, the Secretary General of the United Nations is working on this issue in cooperation with Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who previously acted as a mediator for exports from the Black Sea port by Russia and Ukraine.

According to this report, Russia is more inclined to connect to the SWIFT system because it can buy the machinery it needs in the agricultural sector.

After renewing the export contract through the Black Sea port in March, Russia stressed that all parties must adhere to their commitments or the contract will not be renewed.

Russia says: Currently, instead of selling its products to needy countries, Ukraine is actually buying agricultural products from very rich countries.
