RX 6500M faster graphics than Arc A370M – Intel mockery by AMD

company AMD The company has released a slide show that the company’s Radeon RX 6500M graphics are faster than the Intel Arc A370M. In fact, the blue team did not make any comparisons with AMD or Nvidia chips at the time of the unveiling of the laptop Arc series.

Now the Red Team has decided to welcome the new player in the field and has prepared new benchmarks compared to the most powerful low-end Arc Alchemist graphics. All of Intel’s official charts were prepared against the company’s integrated graphics. Unfortunately, the blue giant has not delivered any of the Arc-based products to critics, which means we can not currently see independent reviews from more authoritative sources.

AMD, however, has released a slide comparing the Radeon RX 6500M and Arc A370M. Intel Graphics uses the full ACM G11 chip with 8 Xe cores or 1024 FP32 cores, while the AMD model is equipped with a Navi 24 GPU with 16 computing units (1024 cores).

The similarities between the two versions continue. First of all, both models are made with TSMC N6 technology, and in fact AMD graphics is only a 6-nanometer version in the entire RDNA 2 line-up. In terms of memory, we also see 4GB of GDDR6 and 64-bit bus (although the full Intel chip is 96-bit, but reduced). At the same time, the most important criterion of any mobile graphic will be to compare the thermal power range, which is 35 to 50 watts for both models.

In the AMD graph, the Radeon RX 6500M clearly outperforms at least five games tested in 1080p with Medium settings. Of course, these games are supported by AMD, but in a way, the Red team is making fun of Intel because the blue team mentioned 1080p and 90 frames per second gaming in their slides. Obviously in games with better visual effects there will be no news of 90 frames.
