RX 7600M XT graphics card in 3DMark, equal to RTX 4060

Recently, a promotional teaser has been published by the Chinese company Metaphuni Metamech (a laptop manufacturing company), which shows the first benchmark of AMD’s Radeon RX 7600M XT graphics card in 3DMark benchmark it shows.

It’s been weeks since AMD introduced the Radeon 7000M series graphics cards, but even after about three months have passed since the official introduction, the published information about RDNA 3 laptop graphics cards is very limited. Almost no company has yet introduced a gaming laptop equipped with these cards, and the companies that have done so are a handful.

If you remember, we have seen the Radeon RX 7600S graphics card in gaming benchmarks before; The graphics card that is supposed to be the weakest graphics card of the RDNA 3 laptop. AMD has released four graphics cards for laptops based on the Navi 33 processor, of which the RX 7600M XT graphics card is the fastest. The processor used in this graphics card is the full version of the Navi 33 processor with 4096 stream processors and has 8 GB of GDDR6 memory. This graphics card may not be a high-end card, but it should be able to compete with RTX 4060 family cards without any problems in the mid-range card market.

As we said, the first Radeon RX 7600M XT graphics card benchmark has been published in 3DMark and it has been confirmed that this graphics card performs as well as the RTX 4060 graphics card and maybe even better. This card managed to get 10451 points in TimeSpy test and 30398 points in FireStrike.

With these scores, the RX 7600M XT graphics card is on par with the RTX 4060 laptop in the Time Spy benchmark and is 14.8% faster in FireStrike. Of course, we must keep in mind that this promotional teaser does not provide us with information about the thermal power and energy consumption of this graphic card, and the points used for comparison are the average points for each graphic card.

In short, these results are not definitive and are floating; But it is clear that the competition in the mid-range graphics card sector is very tight. Regarding the high-end graphics cards of the laptop, we still cannot make a definitive statement, because AMD has not yet introduced and released any graphics card more powerful than the RX 7000 RDNA 3 series for laptops.
