He continued: A number of cases have occurred that are far from the articles of association and regulations. Today I want to talk only about the regulations. The Rules of Procedure of the Athletes ‘Commission state that the four persons whom the Chairman of the National Olympic Committee may nominate to the Assembly must be in consultation with the Chairman of the Athletes’ Commission, and I wrote this in the Rules of Procedure.
