The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Iran Insurance described the agency network as the basis of the company and said: “We are trying to create a consensus and group interaction in formulating the company’s strategic policies and the agency network is a priority in these policies.”

The CEO of Iran Insurance emphasized: All managers should consult for agency feedback, proper risk management, new knowledge of the insurance market, creating new approaches in accordance with technological changes and the appointment of managers from the representative network.

Sharifi said that whenever we had a functional union, we experienced success, while emphasizing the avoidance of divisive behaviors, and called for the intellectual and practical unity of colleagues and the sales network to better compete in the market and face the challenges of the insurance industry.

Referring to the important role of building trust, the CEO of Iran Insurance called for a change in the traditional approaches of colleagues to the dealer network and acknowledged: And support.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Iran Insurance acknowledged: “Paying attention to and resolving the concerns of the agency network is in our daily plans and the agency network needs to have a refinement in the internal structure and a change in the selection of quality insurers in their program.”

Sharifi further stated: Iran Insurance family, including the representative network and employees, should try to work with a unified approach and in one direction for the success of the company.

Emphasizing that training and marketing is an important element for the agency network, the CEO of Iran Insurance said: It is necessary for the sales network to increase its knowledge in this field so that we do not see a scientific vacuum while institutionalizing it by changing the staff of representative offices.

The CEO of Iran Insurance, stating that the financial capacity of any economic enterprise is limited, said: “We plan to continue to pay the loan facilities to the sales network in a timely manner and based on the indicators that will be evaluated by the representatives.”

At the beginning of the meeting, Davowi, President of the Association of Real Representatives, mentioned the measures taken to train representatives, the establishment of a tax committee to streamline tax payments, legal advice, and the granting of 40 bank loans as the most important actions of the association.

Referring to the problems of the agency network, he said: “In the past, due to a defect in the payment ID system, we are facing overpayments in the agency network that it is necessary to determine the obligation to return these deposits.”

He continued: “Due to economic conditions, the process of paying the representatives’ loans is not comprehensive and its repayment is short.”

Acknowledging that we are facing difficulties in receiving insurance premiums from insurers, the president of the Representatives’ Union said: “Currently, all the capital of our partners is involved in liquidity due to non-payment of insurance premiums by insurers and by the representatives.” Disciplinary committees are convicted of non-receipt of premiums for non-receipt.

He referred to the professional liability insurance of the representatives and said: the professional insurance of the representatives is practically not responsible for the activities of the sales network and it is necessary to review it in the presence of the representatives.

Also in the continuation of this meeting, Varasteh, the chairman of the Khorasan Razavi representative companies’ union, stated: “We hope that 102 opinions of the sales network will be taken into account in amending the bylaws.”

He pointed to the competitive conditions of the market and said: “Reducing the rate helps to compete well with other companies and keeping insurers in the current economic conditions has become more difficult.”

He called for more attention to media and environmental advertising and said: “Currently, we are facing the challenge of liquidity due to non-payment of premiums, high premium rates, launching startups without a logo.”

It is worth mentioning that at the beginning of this meeting, Charmgar, General Manager of Iran Khorasan Razavi Insurance, while welcoming the CEO, presented a report on the performance of the province.
