Sana’a: 80% of Yemen’s oil income is in the Saudi bank

According to the report of the International Economic Group of Fars News Agency, quoted by covenantThe Sana’a government says that the member countries of the aggressor Saudi coalition are stealing Yemen’s oil wealth, which covers 80% of the country’s public budget.
The government of Sana’a has confirmed that the aggressor Saudi coalition sells millions of barrels of oil by giant ships that come to Yemeni ports almost monthly, which is seen on international maritime monitoring sites, and more than 12 million barrels of Yemeni oil since the beginning of this year 2022. It was stolen last June.
Essam Al-Tawakkul, the spokesman of Sana’a State Oil Company, says: Yemen, as an oil-producing country, has been damaged like other countries that do not have oil wealth, because this country does not benefit from the crude oil revenues that are deposited in the National Bank of Saudi Arabia.
Emphasizing that the US-led coalition is responsible for Yemen’s oil crisis, he continued: We are an oil-producing country, while we are suffering like countries that do not have oil wealth.
Stating that there is no ship that has not been impounded by the aggressor coalition during the current ceasefire, Al-Mutawakkel emphasized: When the price of gasoline was reduced during the outbreak of Corona, more than 15 thousand Yemeni ships were impounded.
Noting that “the coalition does not want the Safar refineries to operate, Al-Mutawakkel said that if these refineries are operated, the Yemeni oil crisis will be reduced and any extension of the ceasefire will be focused on the economic aspect.”
The aggressor Saudi coalition has been targeting Yemen since April 6, 2014 with the green light of the United States, but during these seven years, with the resistance of the Yemeni people, it could not achieve any of its aggression goals, and as a result, it was forced to accept a ceasefire from last Ramadan, although in cases Many have violated it.
