According to the Mehr news agency, Sardar Qaani, commander of the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, met with Muqtada al-Sadr, the leader of the Sadr faction in Iraq, in Najaf Ashraf.

Meanwhile, news sources reported that he had previously met with the Shiite Coordination Board and its members and leaders.

Iraqi sources have previously reported that the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Quds Force met with the leaders of the Shiite Coordination Board in Iraq.
