Scattered showers of rain in the north and south of the country

According to Moj news agency, Sadegh Ziyaian, head of the National Center for Forecasting and Crisis Management of Weather Risks, said about the country’s weather conditions: based on the analysis of the latest meteorological maps today (August 1) in parts of Gilan, Mazandaran, Golestan, North Hormozgan, South Kerman provinces. And Sistan and Baluchistan and southeast Fars, especially in the afternoon, cloudy and scattered showers, sometimes thunder and temporary strong winds occur.
The head of the National Center for Forecasting and Crisis Management of Weather Risks continued: Since late today and during Sunday (August 2), with the passage of mid-atmosphere waves from the northern part of the country, on the shores of the Caspian Sea, North East Azarbaijan and West Azarbaijan, Ardabil, In North Khorasan and the heights of Alborz Abranaki, rain and sometimes thunder are predicted.
He added: In parts of Hormozgan, South Kerman, Sistan, Baluchistan and Southeast Fars, scattered showers, sometimes thunder and temporary strong winds are expected. On Monday (August 3), the rain will continue with more intensity in the mentioned areas. During this period, in the provinces located on the southern slopes of Alborz, including Zanjan, Qazvin and Alborz, scattered showers and thunderstorms, temporary strong winds and rising dust are not far from expected.
The head of the National Center for Forecasting and Crisis Management of Weather Risks announced a relative decrease in temperature between 4 and 6 degrees Celsius on Sunday and Monday (August 2 and 3) in the northern part of the country and said: Tuesday (August 4) the rainfall will decrease in the northern coasts. However, rainfall has intensified in the southeast of the country and the extent of rainfall will extend to the provinces of Hormozgan, Sistan and Baluchistan, southeastern Fars, the southern half of Kerman, as well as the Oman Sea, the Strait of Hormuz, and the eastern Persian Gulf.
According to Ziyaian, on Wednesday (August 5th), showers of rain, sometimes with thunder and temporary strong winds, will occur in Fars, Kerman, Sistan and Baluchestan provinces, Hormozgan in the southern part of Isfahan and Yazd provinces, and scattered in the slopes and heights of Central Alborz in Gilan, Mazandaran provinces. Alborz, Qazvin and Tehran will continue.
He added: In the next three days, in the western part of the country, especially in the provinces of Ilam, Khuzestan and Kermanshah, strong winds are expected, sometimes accompanied by dust, which will reduce the air quality in these areas. During this period, wind blowing is the prevailing phenomenon in the areas of the east and center of the country.
According to Ziyaian, the eastern Oman Sea will be rough in the next five days and the Caspian Sea in the next three days.
The head of the National Center for Forecasting and Crisis Management of Weather Risks stated about the weather situation in Tehran in the next two days: the sky in Tehran tomorrow (August 2nd) will be clear to slightly cloudy and in the afternoon there will be a strong wind with a minimum temperature of 26 and a maximum temperature of 39 degrees Celsius and during Monday (August 3rd) will be clear to slightly cloudy and in the afternoon strong wind and dust is expected with a minimum temperature of 24 and a maximum temperature of 36 degrees Celsius.
In the end, Ziyaian said: Today and tomorrow (August 1st and 2nd), Ahvaz is the hottest with 48 and 46 degrees Celsius, and Ardabil is the coldest with 10 degrees Celsius.
