Seeing a new cheetah collar in Turan National Park

The Instagram page of the Iranian Cheetah Association announced the sighting of a new cheetah collar in Turan National Park.
According to the social reporter of Moj news agency, it is stated in this article: “In the last check of the camera traps installed in the Turan Biosphere Reserve, a new picture of the cheetah was obtained, which is a promising record. This means that either it is from the cubs that were recorded by the association before the cameras started and there is no good picture of them to identify them, or we are dealing with a new cheetah.
In each of these two situations, recording this image is very hopeful, because if the puppies of the same generation as Helia and Thelma are still alive and healthy; That is, they have still managed to survive somewhere outside the areas covered by camera traps.
If it is a new cheetah, the hopes will definitely increase in the preservation of this species, as last year “Moonlight” female cheetah with her cub was registered for the first time in Turan.
