He added: “In the city of Pardis, however, the concession price of the national housing plan is much higher than other cities.” In this city, each point of the mentioned plan is bought and sold up to 300 million Tomans. The buyer also receives a promissory note of about 700 million Tomans to ensure that the unit is delivered from the seller. In Damavand, the points of the national housing plan are bought and sold at a price of about 150 million Tomans.

The dealer intensified in buying and selling points

He pointed out: “Currently, some people who are recognized as eligible for the National Housing Plan have used this issue and are selling their concessions. Although I believe this is a natural right, the government has declared it illegal.” But usually in such schemes it is the brokers who find a way to get these points.

Emphasizing that the wider the state economy, the housing market expert will only achieve the growth of the brokerage system, he said: “The same thing was repeated in the discussion of subsidies, and many people who received subsidies did not need this money at all, and although Initially, it was said that subsidies are a natural right of every Iranian, whether they have them or not, but then we saw that the restrictions were imposed, and they started to register for the national housing project without the necessary arrangements, and the way was opened for brokers. We see that they have found a way to profit from this issue.

The housing market expert added: “Unfortunately, considering the current inflation rate and the fact that there is no hope for the future of the country’s economy, a significant part of the registrants in this scheme sell their licenses and the profiteers buy these privileges. They will use it several times the price.

He added: “If these activities are not entrusted in a principled manner and in the hands of experts and the organization of the engineering system and their subdivisions, it will normally expand the field of brokerage.”
