According to Tejarat News, a meeting to examine and solve the national housing problems of Mehr Pardis and its city was held in line with the implementation and follow-up of the President’s order, chaired by Mohsen Mansouri, Executive Vice President and Head of the Presidential Institution.

Referring to the completion of half-completed Mehr housing units in Pardis city, the Executive Vice President said: Funds will be provided soon to complete the remaining 19,000 Mehr housing units in the new city of Pardis city.

Mansouri added: It was decided to complete the remaining Mehr housing units with a progress of over 30%, Housing Bank will provide the necessary facilities to the new cities of the country.

He reminded: With the entry of the private sector investor to build the Tehran-Perdis metro line, the government will put the necessary support on the agenda.

Regarding the extension of the Tehran-Pardis freeway project to Masha Damavand, Mansouri said: The rest of this project will be 12 kilometers long with the participation of the private sector and in the form of a memorandum of understanding with Maskan Bank.

According to the executive vice president, the issue of freeway toll tariff reform will be followed up by the government soon.
