Sending the two-urgency bill for the import of used cars to Majlis+Sand – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, according to this bill, the import of used cars with a life span of five years will be allowed on the condition of receiving a certificate from the standards and environment organizations.

Also, in this bill, any natural person can import a car without having a commercial card.

The two-urgency bill for the import of used cars was sent to the Council of Ministers by the Ministry of Security at the end of April this year, and after the approval of the Government Council, it was officially presented to the Islamic Council today – Thursday, May 7th.

This bill has been drafted to add to the automobile industry regulation law and with the aim of balancing supply and demand in the automobile market by liberalizing the import of used cars whose prices are lower than new cars.
